Introducing- Sheldon The Genius Puppy!

Sheldon was left behind in the back yard when the people moved away. He was 7 weeks old. We’re not going to waste energy being angry about that, because it was Sheldon’s ticket to a better life. We weren’t sure exactly what Sheldon was as a 7 week puppy blob, but now, at 10 weeks, his features and physique have formed, and the mystery is unlocked.

Sheldon is an Italian Greyhound/Dachshund! (Also known as a Diggy.) We’ve had this designer mix in the rescue before and you couldn’t ask for a more awesome dog. The Diggy is intelligent, fun loving, active, loyal and super affectionate. Not to mention, he’s very easy on the eyes.

Stairs in the home? No worries. Jumping? They excel at it. Children? Great with them! Cute and adorable? Almost unbearably.

Sheldon has taken his first two puppy shots and two deworming treatments. He will need the rest of the vaccine series over the next 2 to 3 months. He is too young to be neutered yet, but it will be a condition of adoption. He will be adopted out on a spay/neuter contract requiring an extra refundable deposit of $500.00.

Sheldon is currently residing in Tucson, Arizona, but is up for a road trip if you are.
